N°20 is a special white tea made from wild Camellia Sinensis, also known as “mountain white tea”. White tea is beloved by many passionate tea lovers for its pure and original taste. It is the only tea type that is made without the ShaQing "kill-green" tossing and rolling process. The fresh tealeaves are withered under relatively weak sunlight and dried in low temperatures afterwards.
As this tea is made without ShaQing, the “kill-green” fixation process, its aromatic character is completely different than other teas made from the same varietal. Faintly toasty with a note of baked applewood and exotic spices, this is a great choice for an afternoon tea!
