HOW IT'S MADE

This remarkable high-mountain black tea is organically grown in a remote tea garden on Mt Lishan of Taiwan, 1800m above sea level. It is made following the same method as N°8 by competition-winning tea grower Mr Chang. Every single tealeaf is specially chosen for making this exceptional tea. The intensity and multi-faceted fragrance makes it a perfect tea for a further maturing process so you can enjoy as a great vintage in years to come.

It's one of the only two types of tea Mr Chang makes, the other being oolong N°7 Temps Suspendu. The high mountain climate ensures every leaf is packed with beautiful and intense aromas. A master of the natural oxidation and multi-withering technique, Mr Chang has won numerous tea competitions with his organic black tea.
