Temps Suspendu is a marvellous tea symphony associated with mountain, sun, spring water and historic tea varietals. It is an exceptional oolong made from the rare Qing-Hshin varietal, which grows on Li Mountain 1800m above sea level. The unique climate of Li Mountain makes this tea opulently fragrant. A rare treasure indeed!
Pure air, mountain water, and specially selected varietals combined with hard work—that makes a cup of good tea, says our tea grower Mr Chang. This sun-withered oolong is made from the highest quality plucks grown on the high mountains, cultivated uniquely with pure spring water from the national park nearby. The Chang family are the only high-mountain tea growers who have been certified organic in Taiwan. Luckily, we have the chance to have a few kilos of this exceptional oolong from their small crop.
