    Stone Milled Matcha

    Koicha - this rare thick matcha is produced by one of the oldest matcha teahouses in Japan and is reserved for informal tea ceremonies. After being stone-milled by hand, this matcha undergoes a special maturing process of six months in a special ceramic jar in order to bring out the mellowness of the tea.
    The favorite taste of matcha for the 16th generation of Urasenke grand tea master - Genmoku Sōshitsu Zabōsai.
    Tea house is beloved by generations of tea iemoto (grand master and family foundations)
