    Usucha is thin matcha that is used for chakai. This rare matcha is produced by one of the oldest matcha teahouses in Japan and is highly appreciated for tea gatherings. After being stone-milled by hand, this matcha undergoes a special maturing process of six months in a special ceramic jar in order to bring out the mellowness of the tea.
    The favorite taste of matcha for the 16th generation of Omotesenke grand tea master - Sōsa Jimyosai.
    Tea house is beloved by generations of tea iemoto (grand master and family foundations)
